1. Bachelor’s Degree TRANSCRIPT : 2 (Sealed Envelop from University)
2. Letter of Recommendation: 3 Sealed Envelop from Lecturers or Professors or Employers.
3. Statement of purpose: 1 ( This may be in a printed paper and signed by you )
4. Resume : 1
5. Passport Photocopy : 1
6. Degree Certificate: 1 or 2 (photocopy but attested from your HOD or evaluation officer from College ) for final year students Provisional degree certificate is enough.
7. TOEFL/IELTS : You have to report your scores to respective universities also 1 copy of Photocopy of Score Report what you have.
8. GRE/GMAT/SAT : Any such exams to be Score reported. also 1 copy of Photocopy of Score Report what you have.
9. Bank Statement : Capability certificate : 1 original
10. Affidavit of support from Sponsor: Majority from Parents: 1
11. Graduate application : Apply online.

Letter of Recommendation: 2 or 3 depends on the university (maximum university in US requires 3 and other countries require 2)

Few Universities:

New jersey institute of technology : 1 LOR

PURDUE university : 3 LOR

SYRACUSE University : 3 LOR

Michigan technological university: 3 LOR

Wayne state university: 3 LOR

So if you need to apply to many universities you better take a color copy of the letter and then these copy must be in a sealed envelop.

Letter of recommendation to be duly written by the person who provides you it.

Few Universities like purdue university in United states has an online application where professors or lecturers who provides you LOR can fill online form in behalf of you. Or else you can send paper copy through post also either the one.

STATEMENT of PURPOSE:

Statement of purpose is the letter provided by you to the university for what purpose you go to study? And what is the use of completing your degree?

What is your Goal. What is your achievement ? something like that..

Degree Transcript: This is your whole Score report in your degree and which is original and will be given to you by the university. For each university you apply you should send 2 original transcript. And which is a sealed envelop from the Registrar of the university.

TOEFL/IELTS and GRE Score Report: You have to report your scores to US universities, where as for UK and others you can send them a scanned copy through mail or send a photocopy through postal service also.

You can score report through the respective testing center like ETS for GRE and TOEFL.

In USA all universities accept TOEFL but only few IELTS as Proficiency in English Test

In Australia all universities accept only IELTS as Proficiency in English Test

In United Kingdom all universities accept either TOEFL or IELTS.. but UK universities need TOEFL score of about 90 and IELTS Score of 6.5….

For TOEFL Score reporting you login to your account in ETS and then proceed to report its US $17 per report.

For GRE Reporting you should call to ETS through : +001 6097717290 but make sure that you have the

1)      college code

2)      Department Code

3)      Credit card details

Before you call. And for Reporting GRE its US $20 per Report (means per university )

Both GRE and TOEFL Scores are Valid for 2 Years from the date of your EXAM.

BANK STATEMENT :

This is the statement provided by the Bank to show that you have capability to meet expenses for your studies in any respective university per year.

So it must have mentioned that So much of Dollars we can afford per year for our studies.

Affidavit of Support :

If Bank statement is in the name of your father or sponsor then you need to provide this affidavit duly signed by the sponsor and a Notarized in a Stamp Paper .
